Employee Spotlight: Gabriella and Emily
Meet Gabriella, my Optometric Assistant and Emily, my part-time front desk and social media manager for Reflect Optometry. Gabriella and Emily have both been with me since opening this summer, and Emily continues to work remotely while she is back at school.
The reason I am featuring them on this month’s blog is to showcase my appreciation for their efforts. While they have been recently employed, they have already established quite the reputation! They are warm and welcoming and always ready to help. They are the first faces you see when you enter Reflect Optometry, and trust me, they are always smiling under their masks.
What makes Gabriella and Emily unique is that they always bring a positive attitude to work, and our patients notice! They work so well together as a team and support one another.
Gabriella came to Reflect Optometry with almost twenty years of experience in this industry and was a great trainer for Emily, who was quick to learn the ropes.
They invariably go the extra mile, take the initiative, and do a ton of work behind the scenes. The way they display genuine care and love for Reflect Optometry is truly amazing!
